1. Controller
The controller of personal data processed through the ParaglidingFlow platform is Timothe Ember, operating as ParaglidingFlow.com, Via Rubiana 20, 6025 Gentilino, Switzerland. Contact: info@paraglidingflow.com.
2. What we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process account data (name, email, phone), authentication identifiers, school configuration, student and registration data entered by schools, technical logs, and communication you send to us.
Schools that use ParaglidingFlow act as independent controllers for the student and customer data they enter. We process that data as a service provider on their instructions.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide and secure the platform, authenticate users, support schools, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Where Swiss or applicable EU/EEA rules require a legal basis, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a secure SaaS product, and consent where specifically requested.
4. Sharing and hosting
We use infrastructure and subprocessors reasonably required to host and operate the service (for example cloud hosting, email delivery, and authentication). Data may be processed in Switzerland or the EU/EEA. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period thereafter for backups, dispute handling, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact info@paraglidingflow.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; the service is provided on a best-effort basis.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
